Books as far as the eye can see (well, almost) at the Wake County Book Sale. Calling all bookworms! The popular Wake County Public Library Festival of Reading and Book Sale is this weekend in the Exposition Center. Books are copies that have been pulled from circulation or come from donations. Goodguys 4th annual North Carolina Nationals this weekend

It’s the weekend of the Goodguys annual car show at the Fairgrounds and it promises “hot roddin’ fun” with more than 1,500 1987-and-older hot rods, customs, muscle cars, trucks and  classics on display. The event will feature cars, vendors and activities in the Graham Building, Exposition Center, Dorton Arena, Scott Building, Rand Grandstand, Martin Building and grounds. Weekend Update: Dinosaurs: Time Trek, India Fest, Puppapalooza and more
