Weekend Update: May 9-11

It’s Mothers’ Day weekend, so come out to the Raleigh Flea Market to find a one-of-a-kind treasure for your mom. Some Shaw University students will give mom an early present when they walk across the stage in Dorton Arena Saturday morning and receive their degrees. All things moms comes a week early to the N.C. State Fairgrounds as the All about Motherhood Expo will be held in the Holshouser Building on Saturday and Sunday. The expo will include talks by pregnancy, childbirth and parenting experts, educators and real parents as well as a maternity expo, dads panel, exhibits by local retailers and more. Weekend Update: April 18-20

Enjoy the long Easter weekend with a family trip to the Cole Brother Circus at the N.C. State Fairgrounds. The fairgrounds is hosting the Supercar Autocross Ride & Drive Experience in the parking lot located at the corner of Blue Ridge and Trinity roads Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
