WRAL reporter Brian Shrader and our own Lisa Prince feature seasonal recipes in their Got to Be Good Cookin’ segment using ingredients grown and available right here in North Carolina. This week’s recipe includes fresh, in-season, N.C.-grown pecans.

This weeks recipe is quick, easy to make and kid-friendly.  Brain says “you need to make about 4,000 of these because they are going to be gone like that.”
