Youth that participated in the N.C. State Fair youth livestock shows are eligible to apply for a $2,000 scholarship for higher education. The deadline to apply is 5 p.m. on March 1, and a total of 27 scholarships will be awarded for 2018. Applications are online at ncstatefair.org.
