Annette is a food-business specialist in the department's agribusiness development office. In that role, she develops outreach programs to help existing food businesses identify opportunities for growth and manage their business success. Before joining the department, Annette worked with the value-added agriculture program at N.C. State University and was a consultant for small businesses.
