The N.C. Agricultural Hall of Fame will welcome its 35th member Tuesday. Vernon James (1910-2002), a longtime farmer, legislator and advocate for agriculture, will be enshrined in the hall during a ceremony at the Sen. Bob Martin Eastern Agricultural Center
